located at the end of a quiet country road and nestled
in a cool thicket of tall trees, this home has it all.
This large vacation rental sits
on the side of a mountain in the western North Carolina mountains. With a ½ acre in the Cattail Creek Mountain
Farm community, it is private and very comfortable. Originally a log cabin, it has been completely
and tastefully renovated by the professional designer/owner. It features a large sleeping loft with two double beds,
and two private bedrooms with a shared bath - more than enough room for six guests to sleep comfortably. A screened
sleeping porch is made even more enjoyable by the sounds of a small stream nearby. The large deck has an umbrella
table with seating for four and a new gas grill. A well equipped laundry facility is located on the ground level with inside
and outside entrances and a full bath with shower. On the main level, is a large living room with fireplace and
TV, comfortable dining room with seating for six; a well equipped kitchen; office area with wood burning stove and a half
bath. The home has new Anderson windows and ceiling fans in every room. Beds and linens are of exceptional quality and many
conveniences such as, hairdryers, quilted robes and plush towels are provided. Wild roses and hummingbirds can be seen all
around the house. There are two, 32" televisions plus a small set in the kitchen. PET'S NEGOTIABLE

Half of Tree House Vacation Rental is an old cabin built on locust
logs and the other half was added in 2001. This North Carolina vacation cabin sits on the side of the mountain on 1/2 acre
on a cul-de-sac at the top of the hill in Cattail Creek's Mountain Farm. It is private and secluded, yet not remote. This
rental by owner has two bedrooms and a large sleeping loft. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, gas range, microwave,
icemaker, all new utensils, and even a television. Lots of books, videos, and games are there for other entertainment. The
sleeping porch is screened and is right next to the stream. In addition, there is a deck with umbrella, a new gas grill, washer
and dryer, and two and one half baths. Wild roses and hummingbirds are rampant as well as cool nights to feel the breeze through
the open Anderson windows. There are ceiling fans in every room, linens, and additional amenities such as a hairdryers, iron
and board, and two soft quilted robes in the master bedroom. Home has fully equipped kitchen; 2.5 baths; Master bedroom
with a plush king size bed; Second bedroom has a queen size bed; Large sleeping loft has two double beds; Washer/dryer; outdoor
area on main deck has umbrella table and a new gas grill; study with High-speed Internet and buck stove; two 32" TV's
plus smaller TV in the kitchen.
